We deliver conversational analytics on top of audio and integrate these in existing backend systems and webapps.
Most of these analytics are done with custom tooling either implemented on top of existing common software or we adapt and create toolkits ourselves. Some of the tooling we built are open sourced. Some examples:

Integration
AI is run on top of transcriptions and predictive models are applied on it transforming the audio in actionable insights. These results are automatically run as data processing pipelines, are integrated in ready-made webapps tailored to client needs and are pushed to backend systems with integrated authentication and security.
